FZD/exterior: The Alley - Mona Lisa Overdrive

Amongst ventilation shafts, garbage and old brick buildings is a dingy col du sac that houses a strange installation. A sturdy armored console bolted into the dead end, housing the personality construct of “The Fin”, a long dead fence and hacker. This place is somewhat of a secret pilgrimage shrine for the tech initiates where they bring offerings and seek the advice of the construct.
